Services Offered<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BabySwim provides:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>aquatic activities for babies and children;<\/li>\n<li>individual or group sessions;<\/li>\n<li>home-based aquatic activities;<\/li>\n<li>memberships;<\/li>\n<li>other related services presented on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A description of each service is available on the dedicated pages of the website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Bookings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bookings can be made through:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the online platform available on the website;<\/li>\n<li>telephone;<\/li>\n<li>WhatsApp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A booking is considered confirmed after payment has been made, where advance payment is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Participation Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Participation in BabySwim activities is permitted only after:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>completing the registration form;<\/li>\n<li>accepting the internal regulations;<\/li>\n<li>providing the required medical documents;<\/li>\n<li>making payment for the reserved service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The parent or legal guardian is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Memberships<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Memberships are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Memberships are personal and may not be transferred to other individuals without BabySwim&#8217;s consent.<\/p>\n<p>Failure to use sessions within the validity period of the membership does not entitle the holder to a refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If a participant is unable to attend a session, BabySwim must be notified no later than <strong>24 hours before<\/strong> the scheduled session.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on availability:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the session may be rescheduled;<\/li>\n<li>the session may be made up under the conditions established by the internal regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a participant fails to attend without prior notice, BabySwim reserves the right to consider the session as completed.<\/p>\n<p>The exact conditions regarding make-up sessions and rescheduling are those set out in the internal regulations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Prices and Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All prices displayed on the website are expressed in <strong>Romanian Lei (RON)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Payment for services may be made by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>bank card;<\/li>\n<li>bank transfer;<\/li>\n<li>other payment methods available on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Online payments are processed through an authorized payment processor.<\/p>\n<p>BabySwim does not store and does not have access to the bank card details used for payments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Withdrawal and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to consumer protection legislation, services provided on a specific date or within a specific period may be exempt from the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>For purchased memberships, refunds may be granted only for unused sessions. Sessions already attended are considered services rendered and are not refundable.<\/p>\n<p>If a refund is requested for a partially used membership, the completed sessions will be recalculated at the standard individual session rate, and the remaining balance may be refunded to the beneficiary.<\/p>\n<p>Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed individually, depending on the specific circumstances and the applicable legal provisions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Health and Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parents declare that the participant is medically fit to take part in aquatic activities.<\/p>\n<p>BabySwim reserves the right to request additional medical documents whenever necessary.<\/p>\n<p>If symptoms of a contagious illness occur, participation may be refused until a medical document confirming fitness to participate is provided.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All content on the website, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>texts;<\/li>\n<li>images;<\/li>\n<li>logos;<\/li>\n<li>video materials;<\/li>\n<li>graphic elements;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>belongs to BabySwim or is used under lawful rights and permissions.<\/p>\n<p>Copying, distributing, or using any content without BabySwim&#8217;s written consent is prohibited.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11.
