By accessing and using the website www.babyswim.ro, as well as by making a booking or purchasing a service, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

BabySwim provides:

  • aquatic activities for babies and children;
  • individual or group sessions;
  • home-based aquatic activities;
  • memberships;
  • other related services presented on the website.

3. Bookings

Bookings can be made through:

  • the online platform available on the website;
  • telephone;
  • WhatsApp.

A booking is considered confirmed after payment has been made, where advance payment is required.

4. Participation Conditions

Participation in BabySwim activities is permitted only after:

  • completing the registration form;
  • accepting the internal regulations;
  • providing the required medical documents;
  • making payment for the reserved service.

The parent or legal guardian is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

5. Memberships

Memberships are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase.

Memberships are personal and may not be transferred to other individuals without BabySwim’s consent.

Failure to use sessions within the validity period of the membership does not entitle the holder to a refund.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If a participant is unable to attend a session, BabySwim must be notified no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Depending on availability:

  • the session may be rescheduled;
  • the session may be made up under the conditions established by the internal regulations.

If a participant fails to attend without prior notice, BabySwim reserves the right to consider the session as completed.

The exact conditions regarding make-up sessions and rescheduling are those set out in the internal regulations.

7. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Romanian Lei (RON).

Payment for services may be made by:

  • bank card;
  • bank transfer;
  • other payment methods available on the website.

Online payments are processed through an authorized payment processor.

BabySwim does not store and does not have access to the bank card details used for payments.

8. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

According to consumer protection legislation, services provided on a specific date or within a specific period may be exempt from the right of withdrawal.

For purchased memberships, refunds may be granted only for unused sessions. Sessions already attended are considered services rendered and are not refundable.

If a refund is requested for a partially used membership, the completed sessions will be recalculated at the standard individual session rate, and the remaining balance may be refunded to the beneficiary.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed individually, depending on the specific circumstances and the applicable legal provisions.

9. Health and Safety

Parents declare that the participant is medically fit to take part in aquatic activities.

BabySwim reserves the right to request additional medical documents whenever necessary.

If symptoms of a contagious illness occur, participation may be refused until a medical document confirming fitness to participate is provided.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including:

  • texts;
  • images;
  • logos;
  • video materials;
  • graphic elements;

belongs to BabySwim or is used under lawful rights and permissions.

Copying, distributing, or using any content without BabySwim’s written consent is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

BabySwim makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the website.

However, it does not guarantee the absence of technical errors, temporary interruptions, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Use of the website is at the user’s own risk.

12. Personal Data Protection
