1. Purpose of the Policy

This Return and Cancellation Policy sets out the conditions applicable to the services offered by BabySwim Cluj, including individual sessions, memberships, and aquatic programs for babies and children.

By making a reservation or purchase on the website www.babyswim.ro, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted this policy.

2. Nature of the Services Provided

BabySwim provides educational and recreational services conducted on scheduled dates and times, based on prior booking.

Booking a session or purchasing a membership involves the allocation of a place within a group and the reservation of the resources necessary to carry out the activity.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Sessions

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, parents are kindly requested to notify us as soon as possible.

Depending on availability and BabySwim’s internal policy, the session may be rescheduled.

If a participant is unable to attend activities during a particular week, sessions may be carried forward in accordance with the rules communicated at the time of registration.

4. Refund Policy

Sessions that have already taken place are considered services rendered and are not eligible for a refund.

For purchased memberships, refunds may be requested only for unused sessions.

If a membership has been partially used, the attended sessions will be recalculated at the standard individual session rate, and the remaining balance may be refunded to the beneficiary.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• sessions that have already taken place;

• services that have been fully used;

• unreported absences or situations that do not comply with the internal regulations.

5. Right of Withdrawal

According to Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in distance contracts, services provided on a specific date or within a specific period may be exempt from the right of withdrawal.

By making a reservation and participating in activities, the customer agrees to the commencement of the service and understands that, for services already provided, the right of withdrawal may cease in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

6. Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the following email address: info@babyswim.ro

The request must include:

• the parent’s name;

• the child’s name;

• the membership number or booking details;

• the reason for the request;

• the information required to process the refund.

7. Processing Time

Approved requests will be processed within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of confirmation.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, where possible.
